Unicaja and Vodafone España have signed a strategic agreement to offer fixed and mobile connectivity solutions on advantageous terms to Unicaja customers. This alliance reinforces the commitment of both companies to offer high value-added solutions, combining fixed and mobile connectivity with financial advantages.
Thanks to this alliance, Unicaja customers, who are not yet Vodafone España customers, can access competitive tariffs with special conditions, such as 600Mbps fiber plus 50GB mobile or 50GB mobile (first 50GB at 5G speed and then unlimited data at 2Mbps) and unlimited calls, as well as multiple options, such as additional mobile lines or access to Vodafone TV.
They can also renew their mobile handset with special prices at no cost when signing up for combined plans.
For this purpose, Vodafone España has set up a personalized microsite and an exclusive telephone customer service channel, with an agile contracting process adapted to the needs of Unicaja customers.
Customers can access this offer through Unicaja's 'beneficiaT' loyalty program, a channel for bringing exclusive benefits such as this one to users, and which also offers a wide range of personalized benefits and promotions, reinforcing the relationship of trust between the bank and its customers.
With this new alliance with Vodafone España, 'beneficiaT' expands its benefits with a differential offer in telecommunications, facilitating access to quality services with preferential conditions and endorsing Unicaja's commitment to innovation and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
