Unigest, a management company of Grupo Unicaja, has reached preferential collaboration agreements with three prestigious international management companies -BlackRock, Allianz Global Investors and Candriam- to promote the growth of multi-asset investment funds, which currently represent more than 3,000 million euros in assets under management.
These alliances are part of Unicaja's strategy to consolidate and strengthen its offering, reinforcing its position as a major player in mutual fund management in Spain, thanks to a broad portfolio adapted to different financial objectives and risk levels.
It is also an initiative that responds to the lines set by Unicaja in its 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, which focuses on improving and personalizing the experience and creating value for its customers. Its levers include the implementation of alliances with top-level market operators, with which to develop better capabilities and products.
Thanks to the agreements with these three firms, Unigest seeks to offer its clients active, diversified and efficient management of their portfolios without altering risk levels, as well as to improve the quality of service and enhance the range of investment products.
In this line, Unigest recently expanded its range of multi-asset funds with the launch of Unifond Decidido, which joined Unifond Conservador, Unifond Moderado and Unifond Dinámico, thus completing an offer that covers four differentiated risk profiles.
Commitment to customer and diversification
Unicaja continues to place the customer at the center of its activity, providing a comprehensive offer that combines its own products with solutions from its preferred partners and third parties. Its objective is to provide the best investment alternatives that meet the financial goals of each client.
In the specific case of Unigest, in 2024 it exceeded 11,000 million euros in assets under management for the first time, placing it among the most significant asset managers at the national level.
In terms of net subscriptions so far in 2025, Grupo Unicaja has registered 958 million euros. Unigest is the fourth largest fund manager in the country. Overall, it has grown 3.5 times more than the sector, capturing 9.5% of the total asset growth share and 7% of net subscriptions.
