Unicaja shows its support to the agricultural sector and its commitment to equality with the sponsorship of the 8th Forum MujerAGRO, a meeting that aims to promote, disseminate and raise awareness about the role of women in the agri-food sector, which takes place this Wednesday, 26 June, in Almeria.

With this sponsorship, Unicaja intends to contribute to the development of actions aimed at facilitating the economic boost in the agricultural sector, as well as promoting entrepreneurship and supporting employment, especially for women.

Leadership, co-responsibility and equality are some of the topics that will focus the many debates of the 8th MujerAGRO Forum, where women and men in the agri-food sector will share their experiences. The fruit and vegetable sector will be another main point of focus of the meeting, given the importance of this in the province of Almeria.

Organized by Siete Agromarketing and eComercio Agrario at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones Cabo de Gata-Ciudad, the 8th Foro MujerAGRO has the institutional support of the City Hall of Almería, in addition to the support of other entities and companies.

Full range of products for the agricultural sector

Unicaja, in its long-standing support to the agricultural sector, offers a wide and complete range of products and services aimed at meeting the financing and investment needs of companies and self-employed people in the sector.

The products and services include a 700 million euro pre-approved credit line with financial advantages for intensive crop farms, as well as a wide range of agricultural insurance policies to protect and guarantee production and farm facilities.

Likewise, the bank has recently launched the Uni Seguro Agro Plan, which facilitates the payment of insurance through the unification of premiums, with financing at zero cost and payment in easy monthly installments, without surcharge.

To facilitate the day-to-day activity of companies and self-employed professionals in the sector, it offers the Fee-Free Professional Agro Plan, with which if a series of conditions are met, they can benefit from accounts without maintenance or administration fees, online transfers without issuance fees, associated professional credit cards or linked wireless mobile POS terminals without maintenance fees, among others.
