Unicaja Banco and the Asociación de Gasolineras Libres de Andalucía (AGLA, Free Gras Stations Association) have signed a collaboration agreement under which the bank puts at the disposal of its nearly 90 associated members a comprehensive and specific financial service, on advantageous terms, to facilitate and improve the development of their activities.
The agreement falls within Unicaja Banco’s interest in fostering the economic boost in the areas where it operates, especially in Andalusia, favouring the development of the business fabric and supporting employment.
The agreement, signed by Unicaja Banco Head of Companies in Malaga Regional Area, Diego Fernández, and by the President of AGLA, José Cortés, at the headquarters of the organization in Fuente de Piedra (Malaga), establishes a close relationship between both institutions.
Businesses in general and SMEs in particular continue to be one of the key groups in Unicaja Banco’s finacing policy. Therefore, the bank is active in providing assistance to this group, a key driver to make the economy more dynamic and to stimulate job creation.
Support to the professional activity
The agreement entered into includes a wide range of financial products and services that Unicaja Banco offers on advantageous terms and aimed to meet the needs of the association members. The main features of the agreement are:
Financing transactions for established companies for investments, acquisition of premises, cash flow financing, financing for foreign trade –exports and imports-, ICO facilities 2020 for business owners and entrepreneurs for productive investments or liquidity, both in Spain and abroad, financing for personal needs; investment in fixed assets via leasing or renting, as well as a wide range of financial products and services for business owners and entrepreneurs.
Wide range of Unicaja Banco products and services, such as
· Channeling of aids and official credits.
· Treasury management.
· International banking.
· Digital Banking (Unicaja Banco UniVía Service and mobile services for smartphones and tablets, Flexicompra System, PoST, E-Business Card, Prepaid cards for Companies, Crédito Comercio…).
· Payroll service, direct debits and payment of taxes.
· Wide range of insurance and pension plans.
The Asociación de Gasolineras Libres de Andalucía (AGLA, Free Gas Stations Association) was established in 1998, following the liberalization of the fuel sale market. It currently has nearly 90 associated members and has entered into agreements with the main providers of gas stations to ensure a comprehensive service and competitive prices in fuel.
