Unicaja and the Asociación de Empresas de Consultoría y Formación del Principado de Asturias (CECAP Asturias) have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at facilitating access to financing and services under special conditions for the organisation itself and its member companies.

The agreement, signed at Unicaja's headquarters in Oviedo by the bank’s Northern Regional Director, Iñaki Pradera, and the president of CECAP Asturias, Pablo García, seeks to strengthen the activity of a strategic sector for business modernisation and employability in the region.

This agreement will enable CECAP member companies to promote new projects to facilitate the development of their activities and improve their management, thanks to the services and financial resources that Unicaja has made available to them under special conditions.

Among the most remarkable measures is the possibility for Unicaja to advance public subsidies from the Principado de Asturias for training programmes, a key tool for ensuring liquidity and speeding up the implementation of training initiatives.

In this regard, Iñaki Pradera emphasised "Unicaja's commitment to the Asturian business community and its role as a driver of economic development". He added that "the bank wants to accompany Asturian companies in their innovation and growth processes, offering them solutions that strengthen their competitiveness in an increasingly demanding environment".

For his part, the president of CECAP Asturias, Pablo García, stressed that "this agreement responds to a real need in the training sector, which plays a key role in transforming the labour market and improving business productivity". He also pointed out that "having flexible financial instruments, such as advance payments of subsidies, allows training companies to focus on what is truly important: designing and implementing quality programmes that generate employment and talent, contributing to providing a public service in line with what Asturias needs."

A comprehensive catalogue of products and services for companies

Unicaja offers both the association itself and its member companies a wide range of financial and non-financial products and services, including accounts, collection and payment management, digital services, insurance and pension plans, as well as loans tailored to every need, including advance payments of subsidies, loans for working capital and investments, as well as guarantees, ICO lines, equipment leasing and vehicle leasing.

Likewise, both CECAP Asturias employees and those of its members will also be able to benefit from special conditions on the bank’s products and services.
