Unicaja, the official sponsor of Real Oviedo, has launched a new debit card dedicated to the team on its centenary. The bank is thus reinforcing its commitment to sport and to Oviedo fans.

Specifically, it has an exclusive design, featuring the club's blue colour and flag, as well as its centenary slogan, 'Real Oviedo, alma invencible' (‘Real Oviedo, invincible soul’).

The new card can now be applied for at Unicaja branches and will soon be available through digital banking (website and app). In terms of functionality, it has the same features as the bank's standard card.

This new product is in line with Unicaja's premise of placing the customer at the centre of its activity. In fact, it offers a wide range of cards, adapted to customers' daily payment needs and designed to help them organise their expenses.

Experience

Furthermore, as part of Unicaja's support for Real Oviedo, it has organised an experience for five fans who are customers of the bank (plus a companion) to enjoy a Meet & Greet with two players and participate in an autograph signing session at the El Requexón sports complex in February.

To this end, Unicaja will hold a draw on 2 February at its main branch in Oviedo, in Plaza de la Escandalera. To participate, customers can deposit a coupon in a box located inside the branch between 7 and 30 January.

Support to sports

The bank's commitment to Real Oviedo and its fans reflects its dedication to promoting sport and sporting activities, as well as projects and initiatives that benefit Asturias, one of its regions of origin.

In fact, its sponsorship strategy is aimed at supporting sporting initiatives that promote values such as effort, teamwork and self-improvement, collaborating with actions that generate benefits in the areas where it operates.

Unicaja's goal is to create value in these regions, contribute to the growth of its business and, above all, strengthen its relationship with citizens through a passion for sport.

This collaboration by the bank also takes the form of the Real Oviedo Business Club by Unicaja, an exclusive platform that connects companies linked to the team through commercial, institutional or sponsorship relationships.

Its aim is to create a dynamic and collaborative environment that generates business opportunities, increases corporate visibility and enhances brand awareness alongside Real Oviedo.
