Unicaja has won the Customer Relationship Excellence Awards 2025, which recognize innovation, talent and excellence in the sector. Specifically, the bank received the awards for Best Company in B2C Telephone Relationship (serving less than 3 million interactions per year) and Best Technological Solution for Automation.

 

Organized by the Spanish Association of Customer Relationship Experts (AEERC), iFAES and Izo, the awards brought together nearly 600 industry professionals, consolidating this meeting as the annual event of reference for companies and suppliers (outsourcing and technology) that are committed to excellence in their customer relationship services.

 

The awards gala was structured in five blocks of awards that recognize the best practices of the year in terms of service, innovation and strategy.

 

The first of the prizes awarded to Unicaja falls into the category of Best Company Awards, for companies that stand out for the quality of their service and user satisfaction, while the second is part of the Best Technology Awards, dedicated to technological solutions that boost efficiency and innovation in customer relationship centers.
