The Asociación de Inmobiliarias de la Comunitat Valenciana (ASICVAL) held its traditional annual awards ceremony on Friday, 21 November, with Unicaja as the main sponsor.

During the event, the association presented awards to the best real estate agencies and agents in the region, recognising, among other criteria, their willingness to collaborate, the professionalism of their teams and the treatment they give to their partners.

These awards, which were created along with the association itself in 2012, aim to recognise the work of the real estate companies that are members of this association and their agents, as well as their contribution to the professionalisation and dignification of the sector in this region.

The event also hosted various activities, such as round tables, presentations and colloquiums, which provided a unique space for reflection and knowledge exchange among different professionals in the sector on the present and future of the real estate market.

Support from Unicaja

Unicaja was also present at the comprehensive programme of activities that took place at this event. Specifically, the bank took part in a round table discussion, in which its regional manager for the North-West region, Ángel Luis Blanco, participated alongside other professionals from the sector to debate and analyse current and future trends in the real estate market.

The bank’s backing for these awards is part of its commitment to strengthening its support for the productive fabric and the sectors that drive economic development and employment in the areas where it operates, such as, in this case, theComunidat Valenciana. It also reflects its particular interest in contributing to the promotion and revitalisation of the real estate sector through its support and involvement in this type of events, which provides first-hand knowledge of market trends and needs.
