Unicaja has reached a new strategic agreement, within the framework of its 'solucionaT' platform, to facilitate the activity of SMEs and the self-employed. In this case, it has entered into an alliance with Cegid, a European leader in cloud-based business management solutions, with the aim of offering these small businesses preferential access to comprehensive management software designed to facilitate their day-to-day business.

This tool, called Cegid Contasimple, allows users to easily manage key aspects of their activity from any device, such as invoice management, tax filing, income and expense control, bank reconciliation, working hours control and stock management. It also includes point-of-sale (POS) software that can be adapted to different sectors such as retail, hospitality and professional services.

Through this alliance with Cegid, Unicaja's corporate clients will be able to benefit from special conditions, including a two-month free trial and discounts of up to 40% when subscribing plans, with the facility to include the additional modules they need.

To access this solution, interested parties can visit the 'solucionaT' space, where they will find this and other professional tools developed in collaboration with leading companies in the market (accounting and invoicing software, legal advice, vehicle leasing or processing of public subsidies and grants for digital solutions, among others).

The aim of this ecosystem is to offer SMEs and the self-employed high value-added non-financial services that boost business competitiveness and efficiency.

Support to businesses

Unicaja's commitment to business owners, the self-employed and entrepreneurs also translates into personalized attention, with financial products and services adapted to their specific needs, thus providing added value to their businesses.

In fact, 'solucionaT' is part of this long-standing support that the bank provides to the business sector, promoting the creation of new businesses, employment and sustainable growth of the economy.

Close and digital banking model

Similarly, and within the framework of its Strategic Plan 2025-2027, Unicaja focuses on customer experience and digital transformation for the development of products for SMEs and the self-employed.

Aware of the importance of the digital channel as a key channel for interaction with its customers, the bank continues to advance in its digital capabilities by incorporating cutting-edge technological solutions that optimize the customer experience and provide its app with greater functionality, security and ease of use.

This is the case of Unicaja Key, a new reinforced authentication system that simplifies the authorization of transactions, and the NICA virtual assistant, which offers immediate and permanent personalized attention thanks to the artificial intelligence incorporated in its development.
