Unicaja Asset Management, the investment fund management company of Unicaja Group, has held informative meetings at various points in the bank's business network, together with Candriam, Allianz Global Investors and BlackRock, in order to explain its new strategy and future objectives. All of this, within the framework of the recent relaunch of the bank's Private Banking, whose reinforcement is supported by the more than 900 branches of the bank.

In this boost to Unicaja Private Banking business, the fund manager plays a particularly important role, a role that has been explained to the branch network in order to detect synergies and improve the customer experience. This new phase of the fund manager has already involved changing its name to consolidate the financial group's brand image.

These informative meetings, organized by Unicaja Asset Management in different parts of Spain and aimed at the bank's business network, were attended by representatives of these three international asset managers, with whom preferential collaboration agreements were reached precisely to promote the growth of multi-asset investment funds.

In all these meetings, it was emphasized that the fund manager's strategy seeks to consolidate and strengthen its offering, reinforcing its position as a relevant player in the management of investment funds in Spain, thanks to a broad portfolio adapted to different financial objectives and risk levels.

Thus, in this new phase as Unicaja Asset Management, the fund manager reaffirms its vocation for growth, innovation and service under a more cohesive corporate identity.

Through the agreements with the three international asset managers, Unicaja Asset Management seeks to offer its clients active, diversified and efficient management of their portfolios without altering risk levels, improve the quality of service and enhance the range of investment products.

Commitment to customers

Unicaja's 2025-2027 Strategic Plan focuses on improving and personalizing the experience and creating value for the customer, whom it continues to place at the center of its activity.

To this end, it offers a comprehensive offering that combines its own products with solutions from its preferred partners and third parties. In short, the objective is to provide the best investment alternatives that meet the financial goals of each participant.

Activity growth

As for the fund manager's figures, these already experienced significant growth during 2024, which continues in the current year.

More specifically, Unicaja Asset Management has exceeded 1,200 million euros in net subscriptions in the first five months of the year, consolidating its position as one of the most dynamic players on the national scene in fund management.
