Unicaja Banco and the Official Association of Physicians of Málaga (Colegio Oficial de Médicos de Málaga, Commálaga), have renewed the collaboration agreement under which the bank will continue to support the work of this professional organization. Specifically, it offers its more than 10,100 members in the province a line of specialized products and services.
The agreement was signed by Unicaja Banco’s Head of Commercial Banking in Malaga, Francisco José Reguera Nieto, and by the President of Colegio de Médicos de Málaga, Pedro J. Navarro.
This agreement strengthens the close relationship between both institutions and adds to the collaboration agreements that the bank has entered into with the main professional and business associations in the province of Malaga in an attempt to contribute to boosting employment and reactivating the economy.
Within the wide range of products and services, under favorable conditions, that Unicaja Banco makes available to registered doctors in Malaga and its province to support the development of their activity, an exclusive loan is included, under advantageous conditions, for the first year of registration.
Support during the first year
Thus, in order to help new graduates in Medicine to start their activity, Unicaja Banco will subsidize the registration fees and the first year of membership.
Likewise, the bank puts at the disposal of the association members a comprehensive financial service, to meet their needs and featuring financing for investments to start or to improve medical practices or to acquire medical equipment, and for working capital requirements.
In addition, as included in the agreement signed, Unicaja Banco offers other products and services, such as loans for individuals and companies, different insurance products and the benefits offered by Digital Banking.
Colegio de Médicos de Málaga has 145 years of history and has more than 10,100 physicians from Malaga and its province. Headquartered in the capital of Málaga, it also has regional delegations in Álora, Antequera, Benalmádena, Marbella, Ronda and Vélez-Málaga.
