Unicaja Banco, within the framework of the agreement it has with the insurance company Caser, offers customers an all-risk rental insurance policy for private homes and premises, which protects the landlord before, during and after the lease contract, with a 10% discount on the net premium for the first year if it is subscribed by 31 December.

Caser Alquiler Atodoriesgo insurance meets the lessor's protection needs, in addition to offering additional benefits such as vandalism damage (optional). The insurance is annual, renewable and valid for leases of at least 12 months.

Extensive coverage

The broad coverage of the Caser Alquiler Atodoriesgo insurance offers protection to the owners against non-payments, in the event that the tenant does not pay the rent, as well as legal defense in the event of the need to carry out an eviction and protection of the dwelling against possible damages due to vandalism, this coverage being optional.

The insurance also covers payments for electricity, water and gas supplies (up to the limits established in the insurance conditions) that the tenant has failed to pay, and the cleaning of the dwelling after abandoning it due to non-payment or eviction, within the limits established in the policy.

Another outstanding tool offered by the insurance is El detector de inquilinos, which allows knowing the viability and solvency of the future tenant (or of their joint guarantor), helping the landlord in the selection of the tenant.

This tool can analyze, without paperwork and without waiting, the income of up to three tenants in just two minutes. It is only necessary to enter the NIF, NIE or CIF (in case of commercial premises), the address of the last residence, their work activity and age range, thus avoiding asking for additional information from the candidate.
