Unicaja Banco has launched the Cuenta Online SIN Remunerada (Remunerated Fee-Free Online Account) with which it offers new customers a minimum remuneration of 1% AER for the first 12 months. If a salary or pension of more than 1,200 euros per month is also paid directly into this account, the remuneration for the first year rises to 2.01% AER.

The maximum balance to be remunerated is 30,000 euros, so that the maximum remuneration is 600 euros the first year. As the minimum remuneration is 1% AER, with the same average balance it would reach 300 euros.

Unicaja Banco Remunerated Fee-Free Online Account, aimed at individuals, has no maintenance, administration or ordinary transfer fees.

In addition, this account offers customers whose salary or pension is paid directly into their account a cashback of 1% of the amount of their main bills (water, electricity, gas, telephone and Internet). With this bill cashback the customer can get up to a maximum of 100 euros per year.

The only requirement is to sign up, through Unicaja Banco's website, for the Remunerated Fee-Free Online Account, which offers a monthly interest rate of 1% AER for the first year, and 2.01% if the customer salary or pension of more than 1,200 euros is paid directly into this account.

After the first 12 months, the remuneration would be 0.50% AER. The maximum average balance to be remunerated is always 30,000 euros, so that the customer can obtain up to 150 euros per year from the second year.
