Unicaja Banco participates this year, for the first time, in Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (Salón Inmobiliario Internacional de Madrid, SIMA), the largest event of the said sector and one of the most important international exhibitions, to be held in Ifema (Madrid) from Thursday 30 May to 2 June.

The bank will have its own stand in SIMA 2019, where it will offer personal attention to the visitors and will present its main products and specific services for saving and investment, both for personal and private banking and especially in relation to mortgages.

 

Unicaja Banco’s participation in SIMA falls within the bank’s interest in contributing to the boost of the housing market, one of the main drivers of the economic development in the areas where it operates.

 

Unicaja Banco participates this year, for the first time, in Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (Salón Inmobiliario Internacional de Madrid, SIMA), the largest event of the said sector and one of the most important international exhibitions, to be held in Ifema (Madrid) from Thursday 30 May to 2 June. Buyers, businesses, consultants, co-operatives and real estate developers will visit this exhibition to serve as a barometer of the market and to generate new business and investment opportunities.

 

The bank will have its own stand, where it will offer personal attention to the visitors and will present its main products and specific services for saving and investment, both for personal and private banking, and especially in relation to mortgages.

 

Those visiting the 21st edition of SIMA will have a unique opportunity to know directly Unicaja Banco’s business model specialized in personal banking. They will also have the possibility to arrange private meetings, by appointment, with the bank’s expert managers in order to establish new business relations, to receive advice on products and services or to get financing to buy a property.

 

In particular, Unicaja Banco will provide information to the visitors of this exhibition on its wide range of personal banking products and services, under advantageous terms, such as its Personal Banking Mortgages (at fixed or variable interest rate), without opening commissions and with discounted rates, or its Young Mortgage, aimed to a public aged 18-35, with a very competitive initial interest to make it easier for young people to have access to housing.

 

The bank will also promote the Personal Banking Próxima Account, a current account for high income customers, with no administration and maintenance fees and with advantages including a remuneration of 0.50% AER during the first six months, over a balance of up to €60,000, as well as the possibility of receiving rebates of 10% of the bills paid during the last natural quarter since its subscription.

SIMA 2019, a unique showcase

 

Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA), which is celebrating its 21st edition this year, is the largest real estate exhibition in Spain. Every year it gathers thousands of visitors, both professionals and general public.

 

This edition will have the presence of nearly 300 exhibitors, including individual buyers, businesses, consultants, co-operatives, real estate developers and portals, as well as financial institutions, which find in SIMA an ideal showcase to promote their main products and professional services related to the real estate sector.

 

During these days, the event will host, within its SIMA Academy programme, conferences and talks given by experienced professionals of the real estate sector, which will allow the attendees to learn the keys of the process of purchasing a property, procedures and legal issues, taxes and charges, appraisal and mortgages, among other topics.
