Unicaja and Sindicato Independiente Agropecuario de Cuenca (SIAC) have signed a new agreement to facilitate the procedures to apply for the aid of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), as well as to have access to the advance payment of the aid.

An agreement signed by the area manager of Unicaja in Cuenca, María Martín de Santa Olalla, and the SIAC representative in Cuenca, Javier de la Vega Mercado. Both institutions work hand in hand to guarantee a quality service in the management and advance payment of aid, in addition to meeting the financial needs of farmers and livestock breeders, offering them the best solutions.

SIAC Cuenca puts at the disposal of its members all its resources and technical staff to manage the application for CAP aid, as well as to provide advice and solve any query that they may have on the CAP regulations.

Likewise, the organization members who deposit their application file with Unicaja will be able to receive the amount of the aid in advance in a quick and agile manner, as well as benefiting from special financial conditions.

The bank has allocated 1,000 million euros for pre-approved loans for the amounts needed to cover the needs of the aid in the current CAP campaign. Likewise, this offer is extended with loans for the modernization and improvement of farms.

Improved financial conditions

The bank has a wide range of specialized products and services and is constantly working on the development of new resources in order to anticipate the needs of farmers and livestock breeders and improve their financial conditions.

Its experience in the sector and its knowledge of the area, as well as its collaboration with organizations such as SIAC Cuenca, allows Unicaja to offer the most appropriate solutions and financial tools to get the most out of their work.

SIAC is a collaborating entity of the CAP, so that the attention to the holder is fully guaranteed. The organization has historically represented farmers and livestock breeders in the province of Cuenca since 1977 and today provides its services throughout the province through its technical team.
