Unicaja and Asociación Provincial de Agricultores y Ganaderos (APAG) in Guadalajara have signed a new agreement with the aim of facilitating the procedures of the application for aid from the CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) to farmers and livestock breeders in the province. Thanks to this agreement, they will be able to process the aids through APAG, taking advantage of all the means and technical personnel available to the organization, benefiting, in turn, from important financial advantages in Unicaja, such as the advance payment of the aids.

The president of APAG Guadalajara, Juan José Laso, and the area manager of Unicaja, María Martín de Santa Olalla, have signed this agreement, which will allow APAG associates to carry out the CAP in the simplest way and with the maximum guarantees.

Likewise, APAG associates who deposit their application file with Unicaja will be able to receive the amount of the aid in advance in a quick and agile manner. They will also benefit from the wide range of financial products and services that the bank makes available to them and that are adapted to the needs of each business, with the aim of improving their development.

Unicaja has allocated 1,000 million euros for pre-approved loans for the amounts needed to cover the needs of the aid in the current CAP campaign. Likewise, this offer is extended with loans for the modernization and improvement of farms.

Commitment to the sector

Aware of the great importance of the agricultural sector in Guadalajara and, by extension, in Castilla-La Mancha, Unicaja offers a wide range of specialized products and services under special conditions, thanks to the agreement signed with APAG.

Unicaja's commitment to continuous support for agriculture translates into the provision of financial, protection and advisory services, as well as the continuous development of specialized products and services tailored to the sector.
