La Valmuza Golf is hosting the third edition of the Salamanca Fair Open this weekend, a tournament that will bring together 20 teams and around 100 players as part of the city’s annual Fair and Festivities celebrations. The event is supported by Unicaja.
The tournament, which was presented on Thursday at the Unicaja Theatre, has become a landmark event on Salamanca’s sporting and social calendar, combining competitive golf with opportunities for networking and relationship-building among businesses, professionals and golf enthusiasts. Over the course of three days, participants will compete at La Valmuza Golf, one of the province’s leading golf courses.
The competition also features several individual and team categories, as well as special prizes and complementary activities designed to strengthen the event’s social dimension. In addition, the winners will secure a place in the final tournament, which will be held in Santander in March 2027.
Unicaja is supporting this initiative, which helps boost Salamanca’s sporting and social activity during one of the city’s most significant weeks of the year. The bank maintains longstanding ties with Salamanca, one of its historic territories of origin.
