Unicaja has collaborated with the ‘Financial May: More control, more strategy, more future’ series, organised by the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce, with the international business conference ‘Tools and risk mitigators for international operations’.
The conference is part of the collaboration agreement signed between the bank, through its Extremadura Regional Division, and the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce, and was delivered by Unicaja’s head of International Business, Roberto Carrasco, alongside Raúl Ortiz, a senior analyst at Cesce. The event was also attended by Unicaja’s regional manager for Extremadura, Marga Serna.
The ‘Financial May’ series of seminars, organised by the Chamber Club and the Business School of the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce, began on 5 May and will conclude this Friday, 29 May.
This initiative is designed to help companies, SMEs and the self-employed improve their decision-making through financial knowledge. At each session, key topics such as taxation, financing, financial control, risks, internationalisation and business strategy have been addressed in a practical and accessible manner by experts and professionals from the sector.
Unicaja remains firmly committed to Extremadura’s business community, placing companies, SMEs and the self-employed at the heart of its strategy for growth and support for the real economy.
In recent years, the bank has strengthened its model of specialised service for both large companies – through the new ‘Unicaja Empresas’ brand – and for small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed professionals, committing to a banking service that is accessible, personalised and tailored to the needs of each client, with a particular focus and specialisation in the field of international business.
