This Thursday and Friday, 23 and 24 April, Málaga will host the 2nd foRHum Congress, co-organised by Unicaja and Fundación Unicaja, which will once again bring together professionals, companies and experts to analyse how artificial intelligence and technological transformation are redefining people management and the future of work. The event, which is expected to attract around 320 attendees per day, will be held at the SOHRLIN venue under the slogan ‘Connecting people, technology and purpose’.
Now in its second year, foRHum has established itself as a forum for discussing the major changes already impacting organisations. Over the course of two days, the congress will address issues such as the practical application of artificial intelligence, new forms of leadership, the evolution of talent, cultural transformation and the challenges posed by a business environment increasingly linked to innovation and technology.
The conference is aimed at executives, human resources managers, representatives of the business community and professionals involved in strategy, digitalisation and the evolution of organisations, with the aim of sharing experiences and offering practical solutions for integrating technology into the workplace without losing sight of people, culture and purpose.
This year’s line-up of speakers will feature leading figures from the business, technology and public engagement sectors. Confirmed speakers include Jon Hernández, an AI communicator; Cristina Aranda, an AI consultant; Mamen Blanco, an expert in AI applied to HR; Genís Roca, a specialist in business development and digital culture; and Toni Gimeno, a consultant and trainer in Inbound Recruiting.
Hosting this conference also reinforces Málaga’s role as a hub for debate on innovation, business and talent.
With this new edition, foRHum reinforces its role as a meeting point for those leading the transformation of organisations and seeking practical answers to the challenges of the present and future of work.

foRHum is an association and forum for Human Resources (HR) management based in Málaga, focused on the exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices in people management.
It was founded 13 years ago with the aim of bringing together executives, HR managers and industry experts to improve people management within organisations, fostering talent and innovation in an environment of constant change. The first edition of the foRHum Human Resources Congress took place in October 2023.
