Unicaja and the Official Association of Dentists of Seville (CODS) have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of contributing to the development of the activity of more than 1,800 registered specialists in the province of Seville and improving their competitiveness. To this end, the bank is offering these professionals financial advantages and solutions tailored to their needs.

The agreement was signed by the regional manager of Unicaja for Western Andalusia, Javier Aguilera, and the president of the Official Association of Dentists of Seville, Rafael Flores.

With this agreement, Unicaja reinforces its commitment to dental professionals and to the productive fabric of Seville, offering them a wide range of financial products and services on favourable terms, thus consolidating its support for the economic development of the province.

Through its comprehensive range of financial and non-financial products and services (accounts, collection and payment management, loans, private banking, digital banking, insurance and pension plans, among others), Unicaja aims to respond to the day-to-day needs of dentists in Seville, a group that combines entrepreneurship with the provision of an essential service. It also aims to encourage investment and support the expansion and development of their projects.

"At Unicaja, we reaffirm our commitment to healthcare professionals and, in particular, to dentists in Seville, whose work is essential to the health and well-being of the public," said the financial institution's regional manager for Western Andalusia.

For Aguilera, "supporting the activity of these specialists contributes to the social and economic development of our environment." For this reason, he assured that "at Unicaja, we will continue to promote initiatives that strengthen the professional development of this group and their adaptation to new challenges."

For his part, the president of the CODS highlighted the value of this collaboration agreement with the financial institution, as it "will benefit all members of the association in Seville and the province and help them to fulfil their professional projects".

Support for business activity

Unicaja maintains a firm commitment to business activity, and specifically to companies, SMEs and entrepreneurs, as they are key pillars of economic development and job creation, especially in areas such as Seville, with which the bank has close ties.

The CODS is the body that brings together all dental professionals in the province of Seville. It is responsible for representing the profession institutionally and defending the interests of its members, guaranteeing the technical and ethical quality of the services offered. Its work also includes protecting patients' rights and organising activities and services that benefit both dentists and society in general.
