Unicaja and the Asturian Federation of Entrepreneurs (FADE) have renewed their collaboration to facilitate access for the more than 50,000 companies represented by this federation to special financial conditions at the institution. In this way, Unicaja offers a wide range of products and services designed to meet the needs of the business organisation and its members.

During the signing of the agreement, which took place at FADE's headquarters in Oviedo, the head of Unicaja's Business Banking-North, José Marcos Fernández, and the president of FADE, María Calvo, emphasised the importance of this agreement in continuing to strengthen the close relationship between the two institutions and their shared goal of promoting business, economic and social development in Asturias.

In this regard, José Marcos Fernandez stressed that "for Unicaja, it is a priority to work closely with FADE and its companies to meet their needs first-hand, respond to their challenges and take advantage of opportunities by offering them a highly specialised and personalised service".

For her part, María Calvo welcomed the renewal of this agreement, noting that "the collaboration with Unicaja is essential to provide Asturian companies with the liquidity and financial muscle they need to continue growing". The president of FADE also emphasised that this agreement "not only facilitates access to credit, but also strengthens the competitiveness of our productive fabric, supporting entrepreneurs at key moments of transformation and investment".

The agreement also includes future collaborations to hold events of interest to the Asturian business sector in the near future.

Support for companies, SMEs and the self-employed

Unicaja maintains a clear commitment to companies, SMEs and the self-employed, providing them with tools to promote digitalisation, sustainability and competitiveness.

With an extensive catalogue of products and services aimed at companies, SMEs and the self-employed, the bank aims to continue promoting investment, encouraging foreign trade and supporting the expansion and development of strategic projects in the Asturian business sector. These actions are in line with Unicaja's commitment to promoting and facilitating economic growth and job creation in the areas where it operates, particularly in Asturias, one of its regions of origin.

The Asturian Federation of Business Owners (FADE) is the most representative business organisation in Asturias. It was established to defend, represent and promote the general interests of Asturian companies. Since its creation, it has been actively working to promote the economic and social development of Asturias, acting as a key interlocutor with the authorities and society to foster an environment conducive to innovation and regional growth.
