Unicaja and the Asociación de Empresarios y Profesionales-Centro de Iniciativas Turísticas (CIT) of Marbella have renewed their collaboration agreement with the aim of offering the nearly 500 member companies a wide range of financial products and services. The agreement seeks to promote economic activity, support the local business community and contribute to the growth of the city's tourism and commercial sector.
The new agreement was signed by Unicaja's Area Manager for Málaga Costa, Francisco Javier Prieto García, and by the president of CIT Marbella, Juan José González Ramírez, thus strengthening the alliance that both entities have maintained for two decades.
It also means joining the agreement signed between the bank and the Malaga Confederation of Business Owners (CEM, Confederación de Empresarios de Málaga) to support the Malaga business sector.
The collaboration with CIT Marbella is part of Unicaja's interest in promoting the business fabric and facilitating economic growth and employment in the areas where it operates, specifically in this municipality on the Costa del Sol.
In fact, the bank is committed to offering financing to these professionals so that they can boost their business initiatives and thus contribute to the revitalisation of the economy and the creation of employment. This commitment translates into personalised attention, tailored to their specific needs, which adds value to their businesses.
The Unicaja's Area Manager for Malaga Costa area highlighted the importance of renewing this agreement, emphasising that "our commitment to the business community in Marbella is firm". "We want to continue supporting companies in their growth projects, offering them financial solutions tailored to their needs and thus contributing to the economic and social development of the city," he said.
Prieto García also pointed out that the collaboration with CIT Marbella "allows us to reinforce our support for a key sector in the region and strengthen the competitiveness of its companies", highlighting "our firm commitment to business owners, self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs, who are at the heart of everything we do".
For his part, the president of CIT Marbella stated that "the renewal of this agreement provides fundamental support for businesses and professionals in Marbella."
"Having the support of an institution such as Unicaja allows us to continue working to provide our members with tools and resources that contribute to strengthening the local business community," said González Ramírez.
Wide range of products and services
In this line, under this agreement, Unicaja offers companies in Marbella financial and non-financial products and services on advantageous terms to meet their daily needs, encourage investment and support the expansion and development of strategic projects.
It thus makes available to them, both through its online channel and its branches, a wide range of specific products and services to promote and improve the development of their management and activity.
The Association of Entrepreneurs and Professionals-CIT Marbella aims to promote tourism in the city of Marbella. It is one of the most important business groups in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, representing nearly five hundred companies with a significant weight in the economy of the municipality and, therefore, of the province of Malaga.
