Unicaja supports Elyseum Women Club, a recently created association in the province of Toledo, which aims to promote female leadership and talent. The financial institution shares this purpose and becomes a sponsor of the official presentation that, under the title 'Leadership with purpose and excellence: the challenge of the 21st century', will be held this Wednesday, 19 November, in the capital of Castilla-La Mancha, with the attendance of business, institutional and social leaders.

Unicaja's Area Manager in Toledo, Mariana Palacios, and the president of the Elyseum Women Club Association, Belén Campos, together with Miriam Sanchez, member of the organization, have signed the agreement at the headquarters of the financial institution in Toledo. Both institutions have agreed on the importance of joining forces to promote actions that promote the development of female leadership.

Mariana Palacios stressed that "for Unicaja it is essential to support initiatives that have a positive impact on our society, especially in our regions of operation, such as Toledo and Castilla-La Mancha". "Collaborating with Elyseum helps us to continue working on our commitment to equality, sharing their goal of promoting initiatives that make female talent visible and facilitate women's access to key decision-making spaces."

For her part, Belén Campos, has indicated that "This agreement is a boost to continue developing a solid leadership network with a vision for the future. At Elyseum we work to create spaces where women feel comfortable,

accompanied and listened to; spaces that allow us to identify what we really need to grow and lead with confidence. From there we design our events and trainings: to respond to these needs in a useful, strategic and transformative way. That Unicaja accompanies us on this path reinforces our mission: to turn female talent into a decisive force for business and social development."

Elyseum is a community, created in the province of Toledo, but with a national scope, that promotes female talent in all sectors and is currently made up of 40 female managers, entrepreneurs and professionals with leadership roles, as well as men committed to equity and, ultimately, to a future with real equal opportunities.

The association has already held several workshops and meetings related to business management, communication or marketing, but the event on 19 November, coinciding with the Day of Women Entrepreneurs, will be the official presentation of Elyseum Women Club.

The event will be attended by the Regional Minister of Economy, Business and Employment, Patricia Franco, and the president of Elyseum, Belén Campos, and will also have the intervention of the regional manager of Unicaja, Almudena Noheda.

Throughout the day, various round tables, interviews and talks will be held in which authorities, institutional figures and great professionals will share their experience and vision on leadership, team management and resilience.
