The Eighth Legal Conference of the Francisco de Vitoria Judicial Association–Unicaja, sponsored by the institution, took place on October 2nd and 3rd at the Ronda Conference Palace (Málaga). This event brings together professionals from the legal field to debate and reflect on current and relevant issues affecting the sector.
Throughout the conference, topics addressed included civil liberties of judges in a democratic society, the legal challenges posed by crypto-assets, and recent jurisprudential developments concerning contractual nullity. The role and development of case law within the legal system were also examined.
This gathering is aimed at fostering the exchange of ideas and the analysis of the current state and pressing issues of justice and law in Spain.
Unicaja’s support for this conference is part of its broader commitment to backing various associations and events held within its sphere of influence, such as Málaga and its province, thereby contributing to the strengthening of the region’s professional and social fabric.
