Unicaja reaffirms its commitment to sport by renewing, for one more season, its sponsorship of the Unicaja-Gijón UCI cyclo-cross cycling team, after signing an agreement with Club Gijón Ciclismo - Escuela de Ciclismo Coque Uría de Gijón, consolidating its position as its main sponsor. This alliance, which has been maintained for several seasons, reflects the continuity of Unicaja's support to this cyclocross club, which also has the backing of Gijón Town Hall.

The renewal underlines Unicaja's firm commitment to the promotion of sport and its values, especially in areas such as Asturias, where the bank has strong social and business roots.

With this collaboration, Unicaja also reinforces its strategic objective of giving visibility to various sports disciplines and promoting sports from the grassroots level, promoting initiatives that contribute to the development of talent and healthy habits among young people.

In this line, the CDB Gijón Ciclismo - Escuela de Ciclismo Coque Uría, has as its work philosophy the training and education of young people through the practice of cycling, considering its lower categories as a fundamental pillar of growth.
