Unicaja has renewed, with the signing of a new collaboration agreement, its support to the nearly 500 self-employed and SMEs that make up the Asociación de Comerciantes y Empresarios de Torremolinos (ACET). Under this agreement, the bank makes available to these professionals a specific comprehensive financial service, with favorable conditions, allowing them to address projects that facilitate the development of their activity.
The agreement, which reinforces the close relationship between both parties, was signed by Unicaja's manager for Málaga Norte Occidental, Gonzalo Mirasol Martín, and the president of ACET, Juan José Vallejo Martín.
It also involves the adhesion to the agreement signed by Unicaja and the Confederación de Empresarios de Málaga (CEM) and, therefore, responds to the bank's interest in favoring and facilitating the economic development of the areas where it operates and, specifically, of Torremolinos and the province of Málaga as a whole.
Economic boost
In this way, the approximately half a thousand business owners grouped by the Asociación de Comerciantes y Empresarios de Torremolinos will be able to access financial services offered by Unicaja under advantageous conditions.
A wide offering aimed at SMEs and the self-employed, a group to which Unicaja pays special attention, aware that promoting their activity will contribute to the economic development of the municipality and the province.
In fact, one of Unicaja’s objectives is to promote the business fabric and the economy, with companies and the self-employed being fundamental pillars of its business. For this reason, it focuses its efforts on responding to their financing needs, developing products and services adapted to the specific demands of these professionals.
The Asociación de Comerciantes y Empresarios de Torremolinos, created 35 years ago, is a business organization whose objective is the coordination, dialogue, representation, management, promotion and defense of the general and common business interests of the associated merchants and entrepreneurs.
