Unicaja and Colegio Oficial de Médicos de Málaga (Commálaga) have renewed the collaboration agreement under which the financial institution will continue to support the work of this professional organization. Specifically, it offers its nearly 10,600 members in the province a line of specialized products and services.

This agreement, signed by the regional manager of Unicaja in Malaga, Francisco José Reguera, and the president of the Colegio de Médicos de Málaga, Pedro José Navarro, is in addition to other measures that the financial institution has been offering to these professionals, such as the payment of the registration fee and the first year of membership of new graduates in medicine.

The renewal of this agreement reinforces the close relationship between the two entities and adds to the financial collaboration agreements that Unicaja has signed with the main professional and business associations in the province of Malaga in an attempt to contribute to boosting employment and reactivating the economy.

Comprehensive financial service

Specifically, the bank offers the members in Malaga and its province a comprehensive financial service to meet their needs, including, as the main aspects, financing operations for investments aimed at the start-up of professional activities, the installation or improvement of practices, the acquisition of medical equipment or the coverage of working capital needs.

Also, as stated in the agreement signed, Unicaja includes other products and services, such as Fee-Free Plan, pension plans, different insurance policies, the Flat Rate for POS or the benefits offered by Digital Banking.

The bank’s goal is to provide financial services adapted to the needs of each member, as well as an exclusive customer service and a tailor-made program with special conditions. Unicaja, which maintains close ties with the province of Malaga, is aware of the important role that doctors play in society.

The Colegio de Médicos de Málaga has more than 145 years of history and is made up of almost 10,600 physicians in Malaga and its province. Headquartered in the capital of Málaga, it also has regional delegations in Álora, Antequera, Marbella, Ronda and Vélez-Málaga.
