Unicaja has carried out a reorganization of its health offer by simplifying its health care products, standardizing conditions, coverages and exclusions for individual customers, the self-employed and single-family SMEs.
Thus, it offers three assistance products to suit any customer's healthcare use:
- Salud Integral: a complete insurance with hospitalization and an approved medical team and three subscription modalities (with and without co-payment and also without co-payment for the first 10 visits per insured and year).
- Salud Médica: without hospitalization and with an approved medical team, with two subscription options (with co-payment and the first 10 visits without co-payment).
- Salud Prestigio: a complete insurance, with reimbursement, hospitalization and free choice of doctor.
In addition, Unicaja, as part of its agreement with Caser, is offering a new promotional offer for the Autumn-Winter 2024 campaign, valid until 14 March 2025, which includes a 30% discount on the price, included in the fee, and up to two free monthly payments on health care products with co-payment.
Health Services
These health insurance policies include a medical team with 30 years of experience and 45,000 specialists. In addition, the Caser Medical Center is offered, with telemedicine consultations via chat, videoconference or call.
This service covers specialties such as general medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, cardiology, digestive system, endocrinology, gynecology, dentistry, psychiatry, pneumology and nephrology, reaching almost thirty.
It also has a symptom evaluator as a teletriage tool to obtain diagnostic guidance regarding the patient's symptoms, as well as the Selfie Health service, which allows a medical check-up of 15 health indicators through facial scans, in addition to another two for mental health.
In fact, the Mi Bienestar Emocional platform is also available, which contains sessions for the care of the mind and emotions, guided by different psychology professionals.
This new policy can be financed in the Uni Seguro Plan and paid month by month, at no additional cost.
