Unicaja, a reference bank in the agricultural and livestock sector in Salamanca and Castilla y León, will once again be present at the Salamaq 2024 fair, which opens tomorrow, Thursday, in Salamanca. The bank will have, as in previous editions, a stand, thus showing its support to the agricultural, livestock and food sector.

In this stand, located in the Central Pavilion of the Trade Fair Center and with an area of 60 square meters, experts from the bank will personally advise visitors on the wide range of financial products and services especially designed for professionals and listen directly to the real needs and concerns of the sector. Unicaja will also be present in the virtual edition of Salamaq 2024.

This year Unicaja has sought to raise awareness among the farming professions about the growing importance of agricultural insurance, in view of the increasingly adverse and frequent weather phenomena caused by climate change, by scheduling two conferences at Unicaja's own stand at the Fair. The conferences will take place tomorrow, Thursday 5, and on Friday 6, at 1 p.m., and will be given by the heads of the insurance company CASER and of the Sociedad Estatal de Caución Agraria (SAECA).

The entity maintains its commitment to agricultural entrepreneurs in Salamanca, as agents that contribute to strengthening the economic fabric, population fixation and social development of rural areas.

Therefore, the commitment to Salamaq, one of the most relevant fairs in its field at national level and to which Unicaja has been linked since its first edition, is evident.

Wide range of products

Unicaja, in its long-standing support to the farming sector, will show in Salamaq a wide and complete range of products and services for the agricultural sector, with which to contribute to respond to the financing and investment needs of companies and self-employed in this industry.

Among other products and services, the following stand out in the region: lines of Agricultural Pre-Approved Loans for more than 160 million euros, with financial advantages, aimed at agricultural holdings, as well as the wide range of agricultural insurance to protect and guarantee the production and facilities of the holdings.

The bank also has the Uni Seguro Agro Plan, which facilitates the payment of insurance through the unification of premiums, with financing at zero cost and payment in easy monthly installments, without surcharges.

Likewise, to facilitate the day-to-day activity of companies and self-employed in the sector, Unicaja offers the Plan Cero Profesional Agrario, with which, by meeting a series of conditions, customers can benefit from accounts without maintenance or administration fees, online transfers without issue fees, associated professional credit card or linked wireless mobile POS terminal without maintenance fees, among others.

Bank of reference

Unicaja is a financial institution of reference in the agricultural sector in Castilla y León, one of its regions of origin, where it provides significant support in campaigns such as the direct payment of Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) aid.

Salamaq 2024, 35th International Purebred Livestock Exhibition and Agricultural Sector Fair, aims to continue to be a national reference fair and thus meet the expectations of professionals in the sector.
