Unicaja has collaborated with the Círculo Empresarial Leonés (CEL) in the celebration of the congress 'Mujer, oportunidad & Talentot', a meeting aimed at businesswomen and women managers to reflect on the challenges they face in their activity.
This initiative, which coincides with the 25th anniversary of this León business organization, was held last Friday, 10 May, in the Santa Nonia assembly hall, in the center of León, owned by Unicaja.
This conference, which was attended by a good number of representatives of companies and institutions in León, included lectures on artificial intelligence applied to the financial market, motivation, physical wellbeing and a talk on the use of LinkedIn for the detection of professional profiles.
A round table discussion was also scheduled, with the participation of relevant executives, who discussed factors such as success, defeats, business initiatives in the rural world, as well as other current issues. The sessions were attended, among others, by the head of commercial banking of Unicaja in León, Marga Serna.
CEL is a private multi-sector business association, which brings together 1,200 companies in the province of León. It has 25 years of experience, representing and defending the interests of its associates, most of them SMEs. Unicaja has historically collaborated with this entity through financial agreements and by supporting initiatives for its associates, such as this congress.
