Unicaja Banco, as part of its commitment to the agri-food sector in Extremadura, will be present one more year with its own stand in a new edition of Agroexpo. This fair, to be held in FEVAL, in Don Benito (Badajoz), from tomorrow Wednesday 24 January to Saturday 27, will serve to present the wide range of specialized products and services offered by the bank.

It will also host presentations on current issues of interest to the sector, such as 'The latest developments in the CAP' (25 January, at 12.30 pm), and 'Challenges and opportunities for the agri-food cooperative sector in Extremadura' (26 January, at 12.30 pm).

With its presence at the 36th edition of Agroexpo, Unicaja Banco reaffirms its commitment and closeness to the agri-food sector in Extremadura, in an ideal setting to learn first-hand the needs and new projects of its professionals and to offer them tailored solutions. In this sense, the bank’s stand is prepared to provide personalized attention to visitors.

With Unicaja Banco’s specialized products and services, these professionals will be able to find the necessary financing to start up any project; obtain advances on aids, such as the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP); manage their payments easily and flexibly with the Univerde card, or access financing facilities for intensive crops, in addition to protecting and promoting the growth of each business.

Likewise, the entity is constantly working on the development of new tools for these professionals, providing them with all the resources they need to face new challenges and business opportunities in a continuously evolving sector. In this sense, Unicaja Banco’s experience and its range of products and services provide solutions adapted to each project, especially through the personalized and specialized attention of its managers.

A stand open to topics of interest and current affairs

During Agroexpo, Unicaja Banco has scheduled several talks on topics of interest for professionals who visit its stand. Thus, this Thursday, 25 January 25, from 12.30 to 13.30 hours, the Junta de Extremadura’s general manager of the CAP, Juan Eloy Rodriguez, will explain the changes for the period 2023-2027.

On Friday 26, from 12.30 to 13.30 hours, ‘Challenges and opportunities for the agri-food cooperative sector in Extremadura’ will be the talk given jointly by the president of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Extremadura, Angel Pacheco; the head of Acopaex, Juan Francisco Blanco; the president of Casat, Felix Liviano, and the head of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Extremadura, Carmen Moreno.

These actions demonstrate Unicaja Banco’s deep-rooted presence in Extremadura, as well as the bank’s firm commitment to the region’s agri-food sector, as one of its main drivers of development.
