Unicaja Banco shows one more year its support to Simed, Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition, held at Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Center (Fycma) from 4 to 6 November, and where more than 170 companies in the real estate sector will present their products and services and will offer for sale more than 11,000 properties, mainly in Malaga province.

Unicaja Banco’s support to Simed, organized by Fycma and Malaga City Hall, falls within its activity as financial institution focused on retail and proximity banking and within its role to participate in the economic development of Malaga in particular and of Andalusia in general.

Besides being one of the sponsors, the bank will have its own stand, which will work as a meeting point with customers and visitors. The goal is to provide individuals and real estate developers with information about the bank’s broad range of mortgage products, adapted to each profile and with the best combinations of products and services.

Simed, which reaches its 17th edition, features a broad range of properties, including new and second-hand housing, mainly in Malaga city and its province (Estepona, Benalmádena, Marbella, Fuengirola, Benahavís or Rincón de la Victoria, for instance). The offered properties include housing placed in other provinces such as Cadiz or Granada.

Simed, programme and new features

Simed is organized by Fycma and Malaga City Council, with the collaboration, among others, of Gerencia Municipal de Urbanismo, Obras e Infraestructuras and Instituto Municipal de la Vivienda.

Simed is the largest real estate offer on the Andalusian coast, and this edition features new professional content aligned with the development in the real estate, developer and building sectors, as well as with investment opportunities.

This edition includes new features related to the future of the real estate sector and PropTech development, on innovation and technology in this sector. In particular, trends, strategies and inspiring experiences related to real estate challenges and opportunities will be analyzed.

The programme includes events such as the forum ‘The house of the future, digital and sutainable’, the virtual event to discover startups from Europe, America and Asia ‘Simed Innova. Demo day’, the professional seminar on resilience and innovation ‘Meeting the Challenge of Recovery’, or the ‘Meeting Point ACP Malaga’.
