Unicaja Banco collaborates with Santander City Hall and with Fundación Santander Creativa (FSC) in the ‘Bonos Cultura’ (Culture Vouchers) campaign. This initiative was launched on 31 May with the offering of 10,000 units, of which some 2,200 are still available for sale. These vouchers can be used in 26 cultural and creative spaces in Santander until December.
The vouchers can be bought at Unicaja Banco’s ATMs in Cantabria (ATM network with Liberbank brand), via https://entradas.liberbank.es, or via the free phone number for ticket sale (985 969708), using any bank card and with no sale commission.
Users will pay 10 euros for a voucher worth 15 euros, and which can be used in the participating initiatives and shops. Users can get up to 4 vouchers per card at ATMs and up to other 4 per ID if purchases are made over the ticket sale phone or web (joint limit for web/phone), thus totalling up to eight vouchers.
Commitment to culture
Facilitating access to culture and increasing the sale of cultural products and services is one of the main goals of this programme which, according to the estimations of its organizers, will generate a commercial activity of 150,000 euros.
Unicaja Banco collaborates with this initiative as part of its commitment to culture and to the development of the business fabric, as established in its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), especially in Cantabria, one of the regions where the bank operates and with which it has a special and traditional commitment. This initiative also contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 (‘Decent work and economic growth’) and 11 (‘Sustainable cities and communities’).
Vouchers can be used to acquire art and literature books, music in DVD, vinyl or cassette formats and DVD and Blue Ray movies. Other products included are photographs, posters, lithographs, serigraphs, engravings and other original artworks.
Likewise, vouchers can be redeemed for tickets for cultural events at those spaces participating in the campaign, and for registration to workshops, courses and training activities related to any art discipline.
