Unicaja Banco has rewarded the participation in a customer satisfaction survey with a 250 euros gift card, after a draw has taken place.

This initiative falls within a Unicaja Banco promotional campaign to know its customers’ satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend the bank.

Those customers who, from 1 March to 6 December 2020, filled in the survey via Unicaja Banco website or app, ATM or e-mail link, entered, prior consent, into the draw of a 250 euros gift card.

More than 185,000 participants

The draw took place on 10 December and it recorded 185,266 participants. The winner was Damián López Ruiz.

The winner collected the prize at the Unicaja Banco branch in Torre del Mar, in Vélez-Málaga, and it was given by the branch manager, Antonio Hidalgo.
