Unicaja Banco supports training and, specifically Vocational Training as a way to improve the specialization and employability, thus facilitating the access of young people to the job market. This support is reflected in the signing of a collaboration agreement with MEDAC school, under which students and staff will have access to financial products and services on advantageous terms.

The agreement falls within Unicaja Banco’s commitment to young people in general and to their education and training in particular, reflected in different financial products and services to support the educational community of the Instituto Oficial de Formación Profesional (FP) MEDAC.

In accordance with the financial collaboration agreement, signed by Unicaja Banco Regional Manager for Malaga, Agustín Sánchez López, and by MEDAC CEO, Miguel Reinoso Fernández-Caparrós, a comprehensive and specific service will be at the disposal of students (8,500 pupils expected for the school year 2020-2021) and the staff (nearly 650 employees, including teachers and administration staff), in order to facilitate and improve the development of their management and activities.

With regard to financial products and services for students, Unicaja Banco presents a full and competitive offering in terms of specific financing, always subject to the bank’s criteria, including specific loans to finance the school’s annual tuition fees or the fee of the full vocational training degree or ongoing education studies.

Products for the staff

Under the agreement signed between Unicaja Banco and MEDAC, the staff of this Vocational Training school will also enjoy some advantages.
