Unicaja Banco will sponsor the 14th edition of the Street Theater Festival during the festivities of Palencia

The City Hall and the bank have signed an agreement to collaborate in this activity, to be held from 1 to 5 September.

Unicaja Banco shows again its commitment to the cultural and social initiatives developed by institutions and organizations in the province

 

Unicaja Banco and Palencia City Hall have reached an agreement to collaborate in the programme of activities organized by the later during the festivities of San Antolín. In particular, the bank will sponsor the 14th edition of the Street Theater Festival, to be held in different places in the city during five days, from 1 to 5 September.

 

The agreement between both institutions has been signed by the Mayor of Palencia, Mario Simón, and by Unicaja Banco Area Manager for Palencia, Joaquín Julio García, who have been accompanied by the Culture Councilor, Laura Lombraña. Both institutions expressed their satisfaction for the long-standing commitment of the bank to Palencia.

           

This year, the Street Art Festival will include 15 street shows, performed in the morning and aimed to a general audience, with improvisation and surprises as common elements. The shows feature quality and fun performances that are family-oriented and for all-ages.

 

A total of 7 different shows will be held, by 8 companies. The performances will take place in the scenarios of Paseo del Salón, Plaza Pío XII and Parque de Los Jardinillos.
