Promotion of efficient sustainable practices that are inspired by efficient natural resource and energy use which avoid or minimise the pollution the Group's activity generates.
Ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders to find out about their expectations concerning ESG factors and their management by the Group.
Involvement and raising the awareness of sustainability matters among all stakeholders, including the Group's workforce, along with carrying out training and reporting actions.
Assessment of the impact of climate change on the investments financed and vice versa.
Incorporation into its offering of socially and environmentally sustainable products and services that are compliant with the European Union's classification system.
