According to the "Programme for Criminal Risk Prevention at Unicaja Banco, S.A.", third parties outside the Bank are provided the Complaint Channel, to report:
- specific situations in which a criminal risk for the Bank is noted,
- potential or real breaches of regulatory requisites foreseen in the external or internal regulations applicable to Unicaja Banco, S.A. or to its internal governance systems,
- behaviour that is contrary to the Code of Conduct of Unicaja Banco, S.A. or considering consultation on such.
This channel should not be used for commercial complaints. The Customer Service Department is available for such purpose.
The Complaint Channel is absolutely confidential and ensures the release from responsibility of and the prohibition on reprisal against those who use it in good faith and legitimately. Any communications that are anonymous will not be processed.
Unicaja Banco, S.A. will take the pertinent measures against any unlawful use that might made of the Complaint Channel.
If the communication should fail to comply with the requirements indicated, persons reporting shall be notified of the rejection of said communication and the channel across which, as the case may be, they may be attended.
