Unicaja and Asaja Ciudad Real are collaborating once again on a new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) aid campaign. Thanks to the agreement reached, farmers and livestock breeders in the province will be able to apply for subsidies through ASAJA Ciudad Real, with technical experts in the processing of these subsidies, and benefit from special financial conditions at Unicaja for the direct payment of the aid with the bank, including advance payment of the subsidy.

The managing director of ASAJA Ciudad Real, Agustín Miranda, and the area manager of Unicaja in Ciudad Real, Rocío Villa, have signed the renewal of the agreement, which facilitates the joint work of both institutions to improve the financial conditions of farmers and livestock breeders in the province.

"For Unicaja, it is essential to work alongside farmers and livestock breeders and to understand their needs and perspectives first-hand in order to offer them the best possible financial solutions and alternatives. We are an institution with strong ties to our region, and working together with organisations such as ASAJA Ciudad Real further strengthens our in-depth knowledge of the reality of the sector," said Rocío Villa.

For his part, the managing director of ASAJA Ciudad Real, Agustín Miranda, pointed out that "the renewal of this agreement is an important boost for our farmers and livestock breeders, as it combines ASAJA's specialised technical advice with financial solutions adapted to the reality of the countryside. In a context of high costs and uncertainty, ensuring the efficient processing of the CAP and facilitating early access to aid is essential to provide security and planning for farms in the province."

ASAJA Ciudad Real makes all its resources and technical staff available to its members to process the agricultural aid applications, as well as advising them and resolving any queries that may arise regarding CAP regulations.

Likewise, members of the organisation who register their application with Unicaja will be able to quickly and easily access the aid amount in advance, as well as benefit from numerous financial advantages, offering them personalised solutions to achieve the best performance from their farms.

Financing and expert advice

Unicaja has recently made 1,000 million euros in pre-approved financing available to these professionals for this financial year, earmarked for the CAP campaign and intensive crops. This initiative provides them with the liquidity they need to meet their regular expenses and ensure the daily operation of thousands of farms.

ASAJA Ciudad Real has an excellent technical team with professionals who are highly experienced in processing CAP aid. They advise and closely monitor all CAP files to ensure that they comply with all current regulations, resolving any problems that may arise so that all farmers and livestock breeders receive their CAP payments as soon as possible.
