Unicaja has launched a new financing campaign for the agricultural sector, specifically aimed at intensive crops. The bank has set a line of pre-approved loans* for an amount exceeding 1,000 million euros, thus consolidating its role as a main player for agriculture professionals.

This new initiative is in addition to the recent CAP aid advance campaign, also endowed with 1,000 million euros. In this way, Unicaja once again exceeds this figure, offering advantageous financial conditions and agile processing to facilitate access to credit at key moments of the agricultural season.

Some of the new features of the campaign are the improvement of the pre-approval system, which has increased by 30% the number of customers who can directly access this financing, and the increase in financing per hectare to adjust to the increase in production costs.

The campaign includes short-term financing options, with loans of up to 12 months to cover campaign expenses, some of them interest-free, as well as specific lines for investments in the acquisition or renovation of greenhouses, replacement of plastics or installation of drip irrigation systems, with repayment conditions adapted to the reality of each farm.

Comprehensive offer for the sector

This new line of financing is part of Unicaja's strategy of offering comprehensive support to the agri-food sector. The bank offers farmers and ranchers a wide range of products and services specially designed to facilitate their activity.
