Unicaja relaunches its Private Banking business with a new brand and exclusive visual identity, called Unicaja Private Banking (Unicaja Banca Privada), and the reinforcement of its network of specific attention centers and branches, located in 23 towns, with more than 100 specialized managers, who also have the support of the more than 900 branches of the bank's network. The objective is also to increase, throughout the development of the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, the number of managers dedicated to this area.

The bank will have a range of first-class products, with an open architecture, offering advisory and discretionary management services for premium portfolios, adapted to different investment profiles and combined with technological improvements in digital channels, through tools such as a new ‘securities broker’ or the digital wall, which will allow a differentiated and comprehensive online experience with managers.

The customer experience will also be improved through the implementation of artificial intelligence and preferential attention in remote channels, as well as specialized support in financial, tax and corporate matters.

The strengthening of Unigest, the management company of Grupo Unicaja, and the integration of the wealth management business of Unicorp Patrimonio, are other new developments that have been implemented.

With this initiative, "the bank unifies its value proposition in the higher net worth customer segment, offering a more complete, sophisticated service adapted to the needs of this customer group. This reinforcement is part of the lines of work set by Unicaja in its Strategic Plan 2025-2027, which focuses on the transformation of the retail business, emphasizing the enhancement of the highest value segments, including Private Banking and Personal Banking, which bring together 40,000 million in managed resources," said Unicaja’s head of Private Banking, Personal Banking and Investment Products, Javier Lopez de Heredia.

The new identity adopted (Unicaja Private Banking) reinforces the values of exclusivity and trust in the channels of contact with the bank. In this way, it allows a Unicaja brand experience that places the customer at the center of its activity, through a greater specialization and a consolidated offering of financial advice, which positions the entity as the main bank for its customers.

Unigest, Unicaja's management company

In addition to launching new products and planning and advisory tools, Unigest plays an important role in Unicaja Private Banking’s activities.

Unicaja's management company recently reached collaboration agreements with BlackRock, Allianz Global Investors and Candriam, expanding clients' access to an extensive range of third-party products and a complete, first-rate investment offering with a sustainable commitment.
